Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement (Statement for the Year Ending December 31, 2025)
Our Commitment
Quoris is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. As a global healthcare IT services organization operating since 1999, we recognize our responsibility to respect human rights and ensure ethical practices throughout our operations.
Our Business
Quoris provides healthcare IT services including EHR implementations, optimizations, and modernization across multiple platforms. We operate primarily in North America with international partnerships, employing specialized healthcare IT professionals and maintaining vendor relationships that support our service delivery.
Our Policies
We maintain robust policies and practices to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking:
- Ethical Recruitment: We ensure all employment is freely chosen, with transparent terms and conditions
- Fair Compensation: All team members receive fair wages that meet or exceed applicable legal requirements
- Supply Chain Standards: We engage vendors and subcontractors who share our commitment to ethical business practices
- Due Diligence: We conduct appropriate vetting of business partners and maintain oversight of our supply chain
Risk Assessment and Management
Given the nature of our business as a professional services organization focused on healthcare IT, we assess our risk exposure to modern slavery as low. However, we remain vigilant through:
- Regular review of our staffing and subcontracting practices
- Verification that all workers have the legal right to work in their respective locations
- Monitoring of working conditions and compensation practices
- Open channels for reporting concerns without fear of retaliation
Training and Awareness
We ensure our leadership and relevant team members understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, and we maintain awareness of indicators that might signal such practices in our business relationships.
Accountability
This statement has been approved by the Quoris Board and reflects our ongoing commitment to ethical business practices. We review and update our approach annually to ensure continued compliance and improvement.
