Vendor Code of Conduct

Quoris expects all vendors, contractors, and business partners to uphold the same ethical standards that guide our own operations.

Our Vendor Code of Conduct requires that all third parties working with Quoris:

  • Conduct business ethically, honestly, and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Prohibit discrimination, harassment, or abuse in any form.
  • Provide safe and healthy working conditions.
  • Prohibit forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking.
  • Respect environmental sustainability and responsible sourcing.

Vendors must promptly report any known or suspected violations of this policy to their Quoris representative or through approved reporting channels.

Commitment to Net Zero

Quoris is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions for our UK operations (with a goal to extend globally) by 2050 or earlier. We regularly evaluate and refine our strategies to accelerate progress towards this objective.

Ongoing Carbon Reduction Work

Our ongoing efforts to reduce carbon emissions include:

  • Energy Efficiency: Continuously improving energy efficiency in our facilities through upgrades, audits, and smart management systems.

As a global healthcare IT services organization operating since 1999, we recognize our responsibility to respect human rights and ensure ethical practices throughout our operations.

Our Business

Quoris provides healthcare IT services including EHR implementations, optimizations, and modernization across multiple platforms. We operate primarily in North America with international partnerships, employing specialized healthcare IT professionals and maintaining vendor relationships that support our service delivery.

Our Policies

We maintain robust policies and practices to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking:

  • Ethical Recruitment: We ensure all employment is freely chosen, with transparent terms and conditions
