Melissa Ursi, CEO, Named to Becker’s Women in Health IT To Know

Melissa Ursi. CEO and Founder at Quoris (Lewes, Del.). Ms. Ursi co-founded Quoris, which carries forward 26 years of healthcare IT expertise from ROI International and now supports healthcare organizations across more than 10 countries. Ms. Ursi was voted into the role of managing partner at ROI International by all five of her partners and has since built a people-first culture at Quoris grounded in trust, partnership and integrity. She was recently featured on the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives’s Leader to Leader podcast with its president and CEO, speaking about leading through change and building organizations that hold up under pressure. With more than 20 years building high-performing teams and driving global expansion, Ms. Ursi is a recognized voice in healthcare transformation who participates in thought leadership at major industry events including the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and ViVE. She is also a vocal champion for the advancement of women in healthcare and technology, actively creating space for the next generation of female leaders.
