Q. What’s the difference between ROI Healthcare Solutions and Quoris (formerly ROI International)?
Operating under the legacy umbrella of ROI, ROIHS provides Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) services, and was recently acquired by Acuvance. ROI International and the HIT division merged to become a standalone company in Mid-2025 and provides EHR and staffing services. We announced our new name, Quoris, in November 2025 and remain a privately held company owned by Melissa Ursi, CEO, Chris Quimby, Executive Chairman.
