Hacer que los datos circulen es solo cuesti\u00f3n de trabajar en un entorno que ya controlas.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a>Sin embargo, el alojamiento web tiene algunas diferencias que no siempre se aprecian hasta que el proyecto est\u00e1 en marcha.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tus datos no est\u00e1n en tu red. Est\u00e1n en unas instalaciones separadas (quiz\u00e1 repartidas por varios estados) dentro de la infraestructura de tu proveedor. Si todo estuviera en tu red, como ocurre con las soluciones locales, estar\u00edas limitado por tu tr\u00e1fico. Pero con el alojamiento en la nube, te encuentras en una ubicaci\u00f3n totalmente independiente y tienes que gestionar el tr\u00e1fico de red entre instalaciones, lo que requiere la configuraci\u00f3n de un servidor SFTP y toda la coordinaci\u00f3n que ello conlleva.     <a>Aqu\u00ed es donde empiezan a surgir los retrasos en el calendario.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tampoco hay una forma sencilla de salir de esto. Antes, los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de documentos (DMS) antiguos sol\u00edan decir: \u00abOye, simplemente vamos a sacar este disco duro de nuestro centro de datos, te lo vamos a dar y ya tienes todos tus datos\u00bb. Ya no te ofrecen eso. Gestionar todo esto sin afectar a los usuarios finales requiere un nivel de disciplina operativa diferente al de un proyecto est\u00e1ndar en las propias instalaciones. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"does-the-vendor-relationship-make-this-harder\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\">\u00bfLa relaci\u00f3n con el proveedor complica las cosas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00ed que puede pasar. Cuando un proveedor gestiona una plataforma al final de su ciclo de vida, sus recursos y prioridades se centran, como es l\u00f3gico, en otras cosas. Sus obligaciones contractuales no desaparecen, pero los proyectos de migraci\u00f3n no son su prioridad, y ese es precisamente el entorno en el que te mueves.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los equipos de soporte suelen estar desbordados, y los conocimientos institucionales que exist\u00edan en fases anteriores del ciclo de vida <a>de la plataforma<\/a> ya no siempre est\u00e1n disponibles. Se traslada a una red de terceros que no controlas, donde la procesan personas cuya seguridad no puedes verificar directamente. Esa exposici\u00f3n casi siempre hace que haya que hacer una revisi\u00f3n completa de la seguridad del proveedor antes de que el proyecto pueda empezar, y esas revisiones llevan tiempo. En un proyecto en el que el plazo es lo m\u00e1s importante, ese tiempo sale caro.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a>Cuando mi equipo lleva a cabo extracciones, accedemos directamente al entorno del cliente, que ya est\u00e1 protegido.  <\/a>No incorporamos ninguna aplicaci\u00f3n de terceros, ni les pedimos que instalen nuestro propio software personalizado. En el caso de los entornos alojados, eso significa las 24 horas del d\u00eda, los siete d\u00edas de la semana, ya que acortar el plazo es la forma de minimizar el periodo de solapamiento en un contrato heredado. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Quoris, tenemos un turno de guardia en todo el equipo con asistencia las 24 horas del d\u00eda, los 7 d\u00edas de la semana para este proceso. Si un cliente nos avisa de un problema a las 2:00 de la madrugada, puede llamarnos. Nosotros nos encargaremos de todo el proceso de extracci\u00f3n y conversi\u00f3n por ellos.
